We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped and we want you to be satisfied with your order. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
We want your order to be exactly how you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us) so please review your personalization
information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials, and names carefully. We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order.
NOTE: Farmhouse Printing Co. reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also not be personalized. If the product has been personalized we can not allow a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that have been personalized.

We ship USPS first class and priority mail. In some cases we may use UPS and may offer expedited shipping at your cost. We always use the most affordable shipping that includes tracking.
